A Primary Care group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their esteemed group in Far Rockaway NY.
If you possess a deep passion for geriatrics and have an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional patient care we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Managing primary carerelated consultations
- Prescribing necessary medication and diagnostic tests
- Formulating accurate diagnoses based on medical knowledge and patients medical history
- Nurturing trust with empathy among your patients
- Rounding in 2 facilities (within the same area)
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of NY
- Ok with nursing home setting
- Experience with chronic care/tracheotomy/ventilator a must
Compensation:
- Highly competitive salary ranging between $125000$135000 annually!
