Converge: Partners in Access is dedicated to ensuring all people can access high quality reproductive and sexual healthcare when they need it how they need it and where they live. As the Mississippi and Tennessee grantee of Title X – the only federal Family Planning Program – we collaborate with each state’s public health agency nonprofit healthcare providers and community partners to build a healthcare system that places people at the center of sexual and reproductive healthcare. We also deliver training and technical assistance to providers and conduct policy advocacy and research activities that promote increased access to quality care. While our work is in the deep South the principles vision and work of Converge are universal and transferable well beyond our region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In September 2023 Converge was awarded a $3.9M federal grant to expand its programs into Tennessee. Reporting to the Tennessee Title X Director the Nurse Manager will support the rollout and ongoing delivery of the Title X program provide clinical support to a network of 21 (and growing to 50) healthcare providers and ultimately bring essential family planning healthcare to Tennessee residents. Specifically the Nurse Manager will:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Specifically the Nurse Manager will:
- Use nursing skills and knowledge to provide clinical support to Converge's network of Tennessee Title Xsupported health clinics and providers (called subrecipients) who receive funding and technical assistance from Converge.
- Become an expert on Title X and family planning in order to serve as an informed resource to subrecipients and ensure they have the technical assistance and resources needed to provide highquality family planning healthcare.
- Build relationships with clinical staff across Converge’s network establishing rapport and trust through welcome and informal visits regular communication and suggestions for improvement.
- In partnership with the Tennessee Title X Director and Program Manager conduct annual audits of all subrecipients inclusive of reviewing charts electronic medical records and all clinical activities associated with Title X federal grant requirements.
- Leverage Converge’s Mississippibased Medical Director to share learnings and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
- Support expansion efforts to expand Converge’s network of health clinics and providers with a focus on growth in targeted areas.

- You are a nursing professional with experience working in a public health setting. You have at least 5 years of experience providing clinical care in family and/or women’s healthcare. Experience with FQHCs Title X and/or other publicly funded (federal state county or city) healthcare is a plus. RN is required.
- You are a thoughtful relationship builder who inspires trust. You have a warm energetic and authentic personality that results in strong interpersonal connections. You possess strong communications skills lead with listening and demonstrate respect in your interactions.

- You are a reliable task manager with impeccable attention to detail. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work under deadlines. You strive to produce work that is meticulous and nothing slips through the cracks. You are adept in using Microsoft Office and reviewing EMRs.
- You are an adaptable agile and selfled “doer.” You thrive in a fastpaced setting with the ability to solve problems and “figure things out” on the job. You are flexible curious and open to new ways of doing things.
