At The Wise Seeker we are actively seeking candidates to join a leading company in renal care Diaverum as Staff Nurses for their newly launched Somers Place renal unit in Brixton Hill London.

Tasks

• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
• Ensuring meticulous documentation of clinical activities.
• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
• Reviewing pre and posthemodialysis care with patients.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• NMC Registered General Nurse.
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

The role will be based in new clinic opening in Brixton in September until then candidates will undergo training at either the Sidcup Lewisham or Thamesmead branches until the opening.
