Night Porter

Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Greet and assist guests during the night providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  
• Security: Maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and staff by monitoring surveillance cameras conducting regular property patrols and addressing any security concerns.
  
• Meeting Rooms: Set up meeting rooms for the following days bookings.
  
• Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact in case of emergencies and follow established protocols to handle any incidents that may arise.
  
• Administrative Tasks: Complete nightly administrative duties including updating guest records processing reservations and preparing reports for the management team.
  
• Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues assisting with minor maintenance tasks when necessary.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle situations calmly and professionally.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Basic computer skills for handling reservations and administrative tasks.
  
• Must be reliable and punctual.
  
• Available 3 nights per week
  
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa permit requirement
