The New Business Development Manager will be a critical resource in helping our partners maximize the value from the 1nteger Security Suite. They will be responsible for the full sales cycle with organizations that have IT security needs. You will identify prospects within the region understand their challenges and highlight how our solutions and services will enhance and simplify their IT security and compliance efforts.
This resource will be responsible for: Customer acquisition activities including identifying qualifying and positioning business opportunities to generate sales in their territory. They also work synergistically with all teams with a focus on opportunity pipeline management meetings with key customers/prospects solution development and presentation. They play a strategic role in proposal activities with a focus on customer value proposition solutionsbased selling. Experience selling to business decision makers inside of small to midsized companies is a required qualification for this position.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a presales cyber security expert helping guide sales and their prospects through our offerings.
- Understand the security landscape and help prospects understand how different solutions compliment/compete with one another to guide them to a comprehensive solution.
- Provide prospects with strategies experiential learning and innovative solutions in cyber security.
- Share best practices solving specific business problems differently from knowledge and experience.
- Act as a cyber security subject matter expert supporting marketing events conferences customer demos capability show case webinars etc.
- Continuous selfimprovement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge participate in technical communities of interest.
- Identify problems in customer environments; effectively engages prospects at the technical management levels.
- Become the point of contact and answer all technical questions regarding proposals configurations products and services for the 1nteger portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of B2B direct sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in facetoface sales to executives.
- 2 years IT Experience /Cyber security experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience in understanding Cloud & Network Security products including Extended Detection and Response (XDR) SIEM Solutions Detection and Response IDS/IPS SOAR Cloud Security End Point Security Vulnerability and Penetration Testing Services
- DemonstratedRL1 ability to discuss the financial and business implications of solutions.
- Prior experience working in cybersecurity providing either a sales or service delivery role.
- Experience working in a fastpaced startup environment comfort playing multiple roles and operating in a rapidly changing and growing area.
- Basic knowledge of compliance process and regulatory requirements such as: HIPAA PCI and NIST800 & CMMC.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be selfdirected and independent.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology Business Marketing or related discipline is preferred
