Project: Network Engineer ll
Location: New York NY ( 23 Days/Week) (Locals to NY/NJ only)
Duration: 12 months
VISA: USC/GC/EAD GC/EAD H4
Interview: Phone and Video
Skills/Experience:
- Responsible for connecting clients from old to new data centers
- Worked with data center migrations Branch migrations and anything with migration**
- Candidate needs to be precise have strong communication and explain technical situations in a nontechnical way: topnotch* interact with clients
- Strong written and verbal accuracy and precision in communication is crucial
- Be available on teams email selfsufficient
- BGP routing: need to understand what that means and have previous experience will be working with BGP from edge to edge
- MPLS connectivity WAN infrastructure background client connectivity MPLS
- SDWAN experience over everything an overlay that is on top of the transfer for MPLS
- Use Cisco as SDWAN
- Understanding juniper versus cisco
- Operational implementation role/interaction with multiple technical teams but it is strictly operational
- Ensure hardware is replaced and is not impeding any services; validate the traffic for all services
- Ensure older hardware is still reachable with new hardware
- F5 balancing Platform for load balancing in infrastructure
- Dont need SME with load balancing but need understanding because there will be configuration
- Palo altos understanding firewalls DMZs extranet
- Key Words: SDWAN MPLS BGP load balancing firewall palo alto
- Multiple tools: Splunk brain sniffers (candidate should know how to use sniffer but may not know Splunk
- Netbrain is a mapping tool endtoend
