NetSuite Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Solutions Expert to play a key role in the internal configuration of NetSuite focusing on system optimization API integrations and overall NetSuite solution management. The ideal candidate should possess indepth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Configuration:Perform internal NetSuite configurations to align the system with business processes and optimize workflows.
• Customize forms fields records and workflows to meet specific business needs.
• Manage user roles and permissions to ensure security and data integrity.

API Integrations:

• Design implement and manage API integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring seamless data flow.

NetSuite Optimization:

• Analyze and identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement.
• Stay abreast of NetSuite updates and features implementing best practices to enhance system efficiency.

User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to endusers on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
• Create documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and operations to understand business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for specialized NetSuite projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• Five or more years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Solutions Expert.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture modules and configurations.
• Experience with NetSuite API integrations and data migration processes.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is a plus.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• NetSuite certifications are desirable.
