Job Description:

UST is looking for a Net suite Administrator who is capable of handling following responsibilities & Position Expectations The NetSuite Administrator demonstrates strong influence and communications skills to interact successfully and effectively with all departments and as an advisor to the organization on system efficiency and effectiveness relying on extensive business applications experience and understanding of business workflows in relation to what NetSuite is capable of in configurations.

35 years of solid NetSuite Admin experience with advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics NetSuite configuration SuiteFlow SuiteBuilder).

Perform daytoday operation maintenance project management change request and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems.

Plan review and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.

Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles partners and associated accounts/roles Workflow design maintenance and troubleshoot.

Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support/thirdparty advisory firm.

Support end user requests for new saved searches reports KPIs and dashboards.

Monitor enduser usage daily system scripts and track performance.

Provide internal ongoing system/technical support to users including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles.

Develop test and deploy customizations utilizing partners and consultants.

Develop document and implement policies procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity change protocols customization usage etc.

Identify evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform

Maintain uptodate knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases customizations and integrations.

Participate in ongoing system training and lead internal trainings and regular information sharing activities.

Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite.

Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control security and integrity. Knowledge/ Skill Requirement

Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders

Handson experience building complex customizations and workflows within the NetSuite environment to improve reportingNetSuite administration support and management experience in global operations

Working knowledge of csv imports user provisioning defining roles report analytics and scheduling scripts

Experience building connections between NetSuite and external applications

Other tasks/responsibilities as requested by the manager

Required Skills/Experience 8+ years of progressive experience in HCL WebSphere Commerce v7, v8, v9, WebSphere Application Server, Rational Application Developer/Eclipse, DB2. Experience with microservices, containers, and Orchestration frameworks (K8S). 8+ years of experience in Java J2EE Technology experience specifically: JSP, Servlet, EJB, AOP, JMS, Java Mail, SQL, JDBC, and Struts. Experience in working with Kafka, Redis, Elastic Search, Akamai, etc. Knowledge of Headless architecture e.g. REACT/ NodeJS / GraphQL Open source API knowledge (Apache, ant, axis, commons, Unit, xerces) Experience with jQuery, jQuery Mobile, Dojo, Angular JS, and React JS Experience with continuous integration technologies: Jenkins or QuickBuild and GitHub Knowledge or experience in the application configuration Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Bootstrap Rapid prototyping Extensive experience working in an AGILE workflow model. System Performance management Problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong oral/written communication skills Knowledge of Mobile technologies PhoneGap/Cordova / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5 a plus
