Job Description
Role: Application Support Analyst (MS.NET) Specialist System Management
Location: LA CA
Type: Full Time
Mode : Hybrid
JOB DETAILS:
Experience in Production Support and Maintenance Projects
Worked in incident problem and change management
Good understanding of Service Now
Understanding of Major incident process strong triaging skills and excellent communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Devops and SRE.
Experience in Microsoft Tech stack .Net IIS SSIS SSRS VB Azure SQL server
Experience in application monitoring log analytics understanding of SLA SLO disaster recovery.
Experience in Wealth domain COTS products
Domain knowledge of Wealth and Banking
Understanding of using SCM tools such as GitHub Bitbucket and Continuous Integration tool Azure DevOps/ Jenkins.
Willingness to learn other applications and cross skill on other technologies.
