Hello!
Lawn season starts We need vendors who could work with us on this entire season.
Please provide updated information about your capacity and locations.
Remember when you tell us the area you would like to service it includes bimonthly service and orders cannot be missed or rejected by you.
Any issues found by inspectors in your area will result in loss of territory.
If you arent able to service the area twice a month please dont request the location.Also keep an eye on your emails for more information about the coming season!
We are hoping for a very successful lawn season with no hiccups.
INITIAL CUTS
* Mow all grass (blade height set to 2" or less)
* Edge all hard surfaces and trim around all hard structures
* Blow servicerelated clippings off hard surfaces and pick up small debris off all surfaces
* Trim all bushes at least 18 inches away from structures and 4 inches from walkways. Bushes covering windows should be trimmed below the window sill.
* Weed planters and beds
* Remove all debris (service and nonservice related) up to 3 cyd. If >3 cyd please submit bid in the Lawn Cut Report.
The following is included in a Recut
GRASS RECUTS
* Mow all grass (blade height set to 2" or less)
* Trim grass along permanent structures
* Blow service related clippings off all hard surfaces
* Remove small debris/trash off lawn
As needed:
* Trim bushes if bushes <18 from structures or <4 from walkways
* Edge yard if grass grows over walkways and hard surfaces.

- Drivers License Document
- Subcontractor Agreement Document
- W9 Document
- Bank Deposit details
N.B Without these documents you wont be able to work with us.
Must be able to complete the following: Lawn Maintenance, Boarding, Lock Changes & Lock Boxes, Minor Repairs, Major Repairs, Eviction Services, Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps, Winterizations, Prepare Bids & Reports, Inspections, Rehab (GC work if you have license), Additional items as assigned.
