NDT Technician

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NDT inspections using various techniques such as ultrasonic testing magnetic particle testing radiographic testing and visual inspection.
• Interpret and evaluate NDT results to determine the status of the inspected material or component.
• Prepare detailed NDT reports documenting inspection results and findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address any identified issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain NDT equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing NDT inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to junior NDT personnel.
• Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in NDT technology and techniques.
• Participate in the development and optimization of NDT procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding NDT processes and results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Materials Science or related field.
• Certification in NDT methods such as ultrasonic testing magnetic particle testing and radiographic testing.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in NDT inspections and testing fresher can also apply
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting NDT results and identifying defects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in NDT equipment operation and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards in NDT practices.
