En raison de la croissance et de l'innovation continue au sein du groupe Nidecker, nous avons un poste de stage/CDD passionnant pourvoir au sein de notre dynamique quipe de recherche et d veloppement. Travaillant sur un nouveau projet confidentiel, nous recherchons un ing nieur en conception de machines pour compl ter notre quipe. La mission est simple : participer activement au d veloppement CAO ainsi qu la r alisation de l'int grit structurelle du prototype fonctionnel.

Due to continued growth and innovation within the Nidecker Group, we have an exciting internship/CD position available within our dynamic research and development team. Working on a new confidential project, we are looking for a machine design engineer to join our team. The mission is simple: to actively participate in the CAD development as well as in the realization of the structural integrity of the functional prototype.
Tasks
Vos t ches et responsabilit s :
- Participer la conception g n rale de la machine
- Etablir le cahier des charges s curit et int grer les normes suivre pour ce type de produit
- R aliser les travaux de dessins 3d de la machine
- R aliser la mise en plan de toutes les pi ces en vue de leur r alisation
- Suivre la fabrication aupr s des sous-traitants
- Participer au montage et la mise au point de la machine

What you can expect to do:
- Participate in the general design of the machine
- Establish the "safety" specifications and integrate the standards to be followed for this type of product
- Carry out the 3d drawings of the machine
- Drawing up the plans for all the parts in order to produce them
- Follow the manufacturing process with subcontractors
- Participate in the assembly and adjustment of the machine
Requirements
Profil recherch :
- Etudiant en fin d tudes ou Dipl me d'Ing nieur HES en syst mes industriels / Conception de machine
- Bonnes connaissances et exp rience dans la conception machine et les proc d s de fabrication de pi ces m tal (t lerie, usinage, tournage, soudage, etc.)
- Exp rience professionnelle ou acad mique dans la conception m canique de machines
- Rigueur, esprit de synth se et autonomie dans le travail quotidien
- Facilit d'adaptation et bon esprit d' quipe

What you bring to the table:
- Graduate student or HES engineer in industrial systems / machine design
- Good knowledge and experience in machine design and manufacturing processes for metal parts (sheet metal work, machining, turning, welding, etc.)
- Professional or academic experience in mechanical machine design
- Rigour, ability to synthesise and autonomy in daily work
- Ease of adaptation and good team spirit
