We are looking for an experienced and resultsdriven National Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of the sales efforts in the PAN India and drive our brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Identification and Expansion:
Identify and assess market potential within the Pan India.
Establish new accounts and develop an efficient distribution network for sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Prioritize key customers and prospects and develop and sustain longterm relationships.
Regularly engage with key customers to understand their needs and expectations.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans to drive volume value and market share.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify gaps and opportunities creating action plans accordingly.
Data and Insights:
Collect customer market and competition data to provide valuable feedback and sales insights.
Analyse both successful and struggling sales policies to improve sales metrics.
Sales Presentations:
Travel to potential and existing customers within the sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Team Development:
Interview and train new sales employees.
Oversee onboarding tasks as needed to ensure the team is aligned with sales strategies.
Who We Are Looking For:
Minimum 15 years of overall sales experience.
12 years of experience in the FMCG Food Industry is highly preferred.
Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of General Trade Modern Trade & Horeca.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills with effective communication across different levels.
Customer serviceoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
