  • We are dedicated to delivering cuttingedge solutions to our clients and are currently seeking a highly motivated experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for leading and managing our national sales team of 57 professionals throughout the United States.
  • Your role will involve leadership and responsibility for fostering key client relationships establishing and nurturing dealer networks regionally and driving sales growth for our esteemed products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams utilize your expertise in machine tool sales and employ innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain key client relationships fostering industry connections.
  • Establish and manage dealer networks regionally ensuring effective representation of our products.
  • Conduct onsite visits to customer facilities within the designated territory addressing engineering service and strategic sales opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans and tactical approaches to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Applications Engineers to assess customer equipment needs and provide technical sales expertise.
  • Accurately forecast monthly quarterly and annual sales projections tracking metrics such as:
  1. Monthly Sales Revenue (pipeline and sales forecasting)
  2. Quarterly Market Share Growth
  3. Annual Contract Value and Customer Retention Rates
  • Oversee and craft present and respond to proposals tailored to specific customer requirements.
  • Actively engage in customer facility visits to address engineering matters and promote products.
  • Partner with the Engineering team for effective product demonstrations and technical support.


Qualifications:

  • A selfmotivated professional with a passion for technology and problemsolving in manufacturing.

  • Demonstrates a positive salesdriven and customeroriented demeanor.
  • Proven ability to excel as a proactive highperforming sales team leader.
  • Effective independent worker who thrives in a collaborative team environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong background in customer account management with a proven track record of relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Bachelors Degree in related fields or equivalent industry experience (min of 15 years).
  • Minimum of seven years of CNC machine tool sales experience with a successful track record in managing sales teams.
