The company has history of over 25 years and has over 75 employees across three verticals of Food Ingredients Personal Ingredients and other Specialty Chemicals . The company deals in over 325 products sourced from over 40 global suppliers and well established relationship with over 4000 clients across India.
Role Title : National Sales Head Personal Care Ingredients
Job Location: Mumbai
Experience :10 years of relevant industry experience preferably selling of specialty products to industries like hair care oral care hygiene care skin care etc
About the role:The job entails developing/generating business for personal care products by implementing / executing strategies for growth through the product lines of leading principals we represent to achieve the division s targets.
Brief Description of Duties
- Responsible for achieving the companys sales & receivables targets.
- Keeping track of industry trends about market development identifying new products competitive activity customers etc.
- Develop & maintain relations with customers including key accounts and strengthen existing relationships
- Must consistently track the development of sales strategies and act resourcefully to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators for products.
- Identify new business opportunities for products / Principals
- Mentoring guiding Personal care team.
Skills Set/Area of Expertise:
- Hands on experience in Personal Care industry with exposure of handling products like Actives Emulsifiers & Emollients Natural Surfactants Vitamins & other speciality products.
- Possess good communication strategic prospecting skills
- Sound analytical & problemsolving skills good negotiation skills & growth mindset
- Should be willing to travel extensively
Preferred Experience:
- Should have commercial experience in handling customers from industries such as Oral care Skin Care Hair Care would be an added advantage
- Should have exposure in handling Key accounts as well as mid & small size customers
- The ideal candidates should have experience in handling customers from different regions of India
- Should be competent to identify new products/applications to grow the business
Educational Requirement:B.Tech Cosmetology M.Tech Cosmetology/MBA
