Role and Responsibilities:
As the National Sales Head for B2B Real Estate you will be responsible for creating and selling licenses/logos to prospective real estate promoters clients and partners. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Developing and managing relationships with real estate developers and builders to sell brand licenses/logos aligned with their projects and brand objectives
  • Creating and implementing brand licensing strategies tailored to the real estate industry
  • Leading negotiations and finalizing licensing agreements
  • Staying informed about the real estate industry market trends and competitor activities
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying new licensing opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Expanding the brands presence in the real estate market

Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you should have:
  • Direct connections with real estate developers and builders
  • Strong sales experience in B2B real estate

Required Skills:
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
