National Sales Coordinator FMCG

Our client is seeking to hire a National Sales Coordinator to lead their dynamic sales teams and drive strategies to achieve their targets in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan execute and achieve sales targets.
  2. Enhance route coverage and implement sales strategies.
  3. Forecast and plan sales activities.
  4. Coordinate sales team operations and manage performance.
  5. Manage customer relationships and resolve issues.
  6. Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence.
  7. Control sales costs and manage budgets.
  8. Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Overall company sales growth.
  • Credit management and cash balances.
  • Team management effectiveness.
  • Cost management efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience selling bread/confectionery products is a plus.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Hunger for success.
  • Excellent people and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Research and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven track record of successful sales cycle management.
