Municipal Engineer - Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage business development initiatives for Municipal market sector
  
• Manage projects including setting priorities/developing objectives, project financial management, and hands-on design involvement
  
• Serve as technical resource for project team
  
• Project manager and engineering duties
  
• Manage client development including presentations and contract negotiations
  
• Manage multiple priorities for a multi-discipline environment
  

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning
  
• 6+ years of municipal engineering, roads, drainage, utilities and paving design experience
  
• Experience with developing strategic business plans, marketing activities, and client development (including presentation and proposal development)
  
• Civil 3D software experience preferred
  
• PE registration or Architecture license
