Our client is a worldclass technology online marketplace with a platform that connects global electronic wholesalers to
retail storefronts. They aim to formalize the fragmented and inefficient secondhand electronics market. The platform functions as a stock exchange that allows buyers and sellers to submit buy and sell requests. They automatically connect the two parties with compatible bids and execute the trade. They are currently looking for a multilingual platform sales development Rep (100% Remote)
Job Description
Generate prospect and qualify leads and opportunities via outbound activities including but not limited to email cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Research craft and develop your own funnels and methods to generate interested prospects
Qualify and onboard inbound leads received from marketing activities and platform registration
Become a platform expert and conduct platform demos for qualified buyers while addressing questions and concerns
Manage relationships with warm leads by leading platform demos and onboarding them on the platform
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering and sourcing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the buyers including ensuring all compliance documents are collected
Once buyers are onboarded introduce them to how to navigate the shop page place bids set notification preferences referrals and checkout
Provide topnotch customer service/support and address customer concerns and issues promptly
Requirements
Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in any field from a recognized and accredited University. A postgrad degree is highly beneficial.
3 to 5 years of experience as a sales development representative preferably in an ecommerce or B2B environment
Adequate knowledge of the Online Marketplace and the Ecommerce Industry
Experience in sales of electronics
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce)
Proven analytical thinking project management skills and exceptional organizational skills
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fastpaced startup environments
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Must be able to speak and communicate in English
