Are you fluent in German and English (strong B2 level) We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Mediator in Sofia.

Summary of the role:

  • Mediate and resolve customer issues and conflicts in the travel industry.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various tasks like answering inquiries resolving issues updating information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify and address recurring customer issues.

Project: Travel industry

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 43800 BGN/gross year

Bonuses: Transportation & Performance bonus (50 BGN 300 BGN) Life event bonus (500 BGN)

Training: Provided (2 weeks 2 weeks nesting)

Schedule: MonFri 8:00 am 8:00 pm

Relocation package available for individuals outside Sofia:
