Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning and effective motion graphics animations and visual effects
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project scope and objectives
• Translate complex ideas and messages into engaging and easytounderstand visual stories
• Design and execute dynamic and compelling animated visuals for a variety of projects
• Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends to constantly improve work quality
• Conceptualize and develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Communicate and present design concepts and ideas effectively
• Manage and organize project files and assets efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed to perfection
• Bring a fresh perspective to every project with their unique creative ideas and solutions
• Keep abreast of advancements in animation and design software and techniques
• Ensure that all work meets high creative standards and project requirements
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Animation or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role
• Demonstrable portfolio of completed motion graphics and animation projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other animation software
• Strong understanding of typography color and composition
• Excellent visual and creative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of video editing compositing and visual effects is a plus
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology and software quickly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to take constructive criticism and improve designs accordingly
• Understanding of branding principles and design guidelines
• Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices
