Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients to understand their financial needs and preferences. Conduct comprehensive factfinding interviews to gather all necessary information for loan assessment and approval.
  
• Loan Origination: Take the lead in structuring and writing loans from start to settlement. Utilize your expertise to navigate the complexities of the mortgage process and ensure a seamless experience for both borrowers and lenders.
  
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients lenders and other industry professionals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be key to your success in this role.
  
• Compliance: Stay uptodate with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure all loans are processed in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Mortgage Broking field with a proven track record of success.
  
• Strong knowledge of loan products lending criteria and industry regulations.
  
• Experience using AFG Flex or similar loan writing software preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customercentric approach.
  
• A proactive and solutionoriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
