This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth flow of documents required for loan processing. This involves collecting combining and organizing all necessary documents according to the Loan Market Checklist and uploading them onto Google Drive. The ideal candidate will possess at least 23 years of mortgage broking experience with a strong understanding of loan processing procedures.

Job Description:

  • Collect combine and organize all documents required on the Loan Market Checklist.
  • Upload documents onto Google Drive and ensure they are stored in the correct folders.
  • Rename and transfer documents onto MyCRM for loan processing.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as uploading client documents organizing files and ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Redact sensitive information such as tax numbers from client documents to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
  • Assist Mortgage Brokers in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to mortgage broking and loan processing.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in mortgage broking or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Google Drive and other cloudbased storage systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferably MyCRM or similar platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
