Position: Mobile Marketing / User Acquisition Coordinator

Booka is seeking an experienced skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive subscriber growth in our apps with a specific emphasis on promoting apps in English Spanish French German and Russianspeaking markets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to significantly increase the number of subscribers for Booka Android and iOS Apps.
Mobile Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive mobile marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for Booka apps.
Focus on expanding our subscriber base in English Spanish French German and Russianspeaking countries.
Kids App Expertise:
Demonstrate prior experience in promoting apps within the kids category showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this niche.
Collaborate with content creators and design teams to ensure promotional materials align with childfriendly and educational standards.
Campaign Management:
Utilize expertise in mobile marketing to set up monitor and optimize ad campaigns on various platforms including Facebook Google Ads Apple Search Ads and inapp networks.
Implement effective targeting strategies to reach the desired audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize AppsFlyer SKAN and other relevant tools to track app installs attribution and user behavior.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPI CPA and ROAS and use insights to optimize campaigns.
Creative Development:
Lead the creation of compelling and diverse creatives including texts images and videos leveraging modern technologies such as AI.
Tailor creatives to specific cultural nuances and language preferences in target markets.
Communication:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Maintain effective communication with external agencies and clients especially those focused on kids apps.
MUST have:
Advanced English level.
Previous experience in marketing apps intended for children is essential.
Proven track record in mobile marketing with a focus on app promotion.
Demonstrable experience in setting up and tracking installs and attribution using AppsFlyer SKAN and similar tools.
Proficient in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook Google Ads Apple Search Ads and inapp networks.
Strong creative abilities with a knack for producing engaging texts images and videos.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially when working with agencies and clients in the kids app domain.
NICE to have:
Experience in managing campaigns in multiple languages and regions.
Familiarity with AI technologies for creative development.
Proficiency in Spanish French German or Russian.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
