Job Description:
Client is looking for project for a resource to utilize regulatory
guidance (as interpreted by client legal and external council) work with the existing project team and other functions to build out business requirements for mobile check deposits. It is currently done today but as it relates to a new business initiative there are new and enhanced regs & requirements under the same vendor(Deluxe).
Responsibilities:
Develop and define the Check Operations model supporting the retail bank
Build/Review requirement documentation identify assist with testing plans and develop appropriate measurement tools for monitoring
output results
Act as a subject matter expert for Check Services/processing and associated
functions
Create and maintain operational procedures (guidelines) and process flows
Work with vendors to deploy Check Services including exception handling
processes
Create incidents management Check structure by working with internal/external stakeholders
Work with Finance to develop Check operational general and subledgers
performing appropriate reconciliation functions
Create internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks
Foster ongoing engagement
with key stakeholders to support business and
customer journeys
Bachelors degree preferred
or equivalent work experience required
35 years of Check experience
Subject Matter Expert with Check Services including Mobile Check Deposit Personal Checks Certified checks etc
Selfmotivated individual with lean innovative thought leadership methodologies to drive ongoing enhancements
Demonstration of keen analytical/problemsolving skills
