We are seeking a talented Mobile App Developer to provide technical expertise for a crucial program focused on the development modernization enhancement operation and maintenance of missioncritical systems for DHS/CBP. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mix of technical and communication skills necessary for troubleshooting application issues and applying preventative measures.
Architect design build deliver and enhance highly available scalable realtime systems.
Participate in all software development lifecycle phases including estimation design coding and testing.
Utilize your Mobile App Development expertise to recommend the best designs based on customer objectives time constraints and resources.
BS/BA degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6 years; or 4 additional years of experience instead of a degree.
At least 5 years of experience in Mobile development (Android/iOS).
Strong skills in Frontend Mobile and Backend RESTFUL API development.
Proficient in JAVA Node JS NoSQL and SQL databases.
Solid application testing discipline.
Experience with Google s Flutter engine Dart language and similar frameworks.
Creative thinking with excellent problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of Postgres Springboot SQL Kafka MySQL Struts Hibernate Java JSF Swing JavaScript Bootstrap Angular/React.
Familiarity with software design patterns and issue/problem tracking systems (e.g. Jira).
Agile practices serviceoriented environments and development practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with DevOps frameworks.
U.S. Citizenship is required and the ability to maintain/obtain a CBP Background Investigation.
Active CBP BI.
CBP experience.
AWS Experience.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline.
Agile environment experience.
