MIS Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented MIS Executive to join our team at R3 Consultant. As an MIS Executive you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decisionmaking processes within the organization. This role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS or a related field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Should have worked for a Motor Insurance Company..
• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication skills to effectively present datadriven insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage maintain and analyze data to support business operations and decisionmaking processes.
• Generate reports dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure data quality and identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data requirements and provide datadriven insights and recommendations.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in data management and analysis techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests and provide timely and accurate deliverables.
