Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to support the administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel possess average English communication skills and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Duties include but are not limited to data entry document formatting scheduling appointments answering phone calls and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and format documents reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office personnel.
- Answer and redirect phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of English language with average communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document formatting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
