Migration Analyst

Responsible to consolidate remaining IS operations from business CTI and satellite (incountry) offices to meet the regulatory requirement of centralizing all Information Security (IS) functions under a single management structure Global GIAM.
This role will provide opportunities to deepen the knowledge of the special characteristics of a global team within a multinational company
This role also provides opportunity to develop the project management skills on local and remote level to plan and get prepared for the upcoming milestones

Tasks

• Coordinate activities related to the transfer of ISA function to GIAM Service Delivery teams in ASPAC EMEA and NA / LATAM working with multiple business partners
• Manage transition projects under GIAM GPO organization
• Project management of endtoend transfers including documentation implementation in the areas of operations apprenticeship users assistance in collecting and adjusting data to the requirements of automation
• Establish relationship with regional and global support teams to enforce and drive standards in order to be able to accept new requirements
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Manage the issues identified during the preparation of the transfer
• Prepare comprehensive plan for the groups of applications including technical automation plans volumes costs etc.
• Coordinate legal review for possible transfer services reporting to senior management
• Leads meetings in fast paced environment communicating complex transition topics effectively at all levels of the organization
• Assesses the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluates options under circumstances not covered by procedures
• Perform tasks in accordance with the policy of the company
• Ensure project documents are complete current and stored appropriately

Requirements

Must have

• Experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with project management experience
• Experience in transitioning applications and infrastructure systems
• Must have good negotiation and troubleshooting skills and also good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good Presentation skills

• Has to be innovative creative and flexible
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Bachelors degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience
• Candidate should be a selfstarter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills interpersonal skills and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
• Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook

Good to have:

• Experience in Risk Management Compliance or Identify & Access Management preferred
• Good working knowledge of industry standard information security practices
• Knowledge of application security compliance processes and systems would be preferable
• Ability to work with a variety of people from all areas
• Selfmotivated ability to work in virtual team
• Skilled communicator who can influence solutions with Business partner
