Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Role Summary

To assist and support the Groups divisions covering all areas of creative artwork to enhance the Groups marketing campaigns and online presence. The post holder will operate across all the key brands within the Tangerine group of companies.

Main duties

• Create traditional offline design collateral for all our brands and across all areas of marketing literature and campaign support (e.g. literature brochures presentations exhibition graphics adverts).
• Develop a range of digital assets primarily social media materials and video animations to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Amend or create printready and/or digital artwork as required using predominantly Adobe software on Apple Mac platform and ensure that all literature is accurate and in line with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with our Regulatory team to ensure that the information on all packaging / labels is compliant with all statutory requirements for UK and internationally.
• Assist with online activity as required.
• Under guidance continuously review and implement ideas and initiatives to ensure our websites and marketing materials engage with our target audiences.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required to ensure the effective deployment of our new marketing initiatives

Personal Attributes

• Proficiency in industry standard design software including: InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator plus excellent working knowledge of Premier Pro After Effects and Powerpoint. Microsoft Word Excel and Quark are beneficial but not essential
• Experience of creating print or digital ready artworks
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong creative / copywriting skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Experience in creation of B2B and B2C materials
• The confidence to present and explain ideas to originators and stakeholders
• The ability to work well within a fast paced hardworking creative environment
• Common sense and a proactive attitude to work
