About the project, we need power for
In cooperation with one of our clients, who is a financial technology company, we develop leading software solutions for asset tokenization. The clients benefit from all building blocks, services, and licenses needed to issue tokenized securities and manage decentralized security registries. The presence of a high number of intermediaries like banks and custodians leads to high transaction costs on the capital market. We use Distributed Ledger Technology to provide a global capital market 2.0 that works for everyone without intermediaries. We re on this mission to create a more open access to capital and therefore more thriving ideas coming to life.

Tasks
We are looking for a Mid to Senior Python Developer who can take on the main role in bringing our product to the next level.
You will be designing (technically), implementing, and delivering new features, workflows, in the backend.
You will be taking a key role in collaborating with Developers, DevOps etc, to ensure continuous delivery of a high-quality product.
Besides feature delivery, activities will include:

Plan and decide on structural and architectural changes
Analyze root causes of bugs and provide valid fixes
Review product concepts: provide feedback regarding the technical feasibility of product concepts
Integrate APIs from partner companies for the implementation of user stories
Ensure smooth releases (role rotation with other backend developers)
Conduct code reviews for backend pull requests
You will be designing (technically), implementing, and delivering new features, and workflows, in the backend.
Requirements
You shall bring:
3+ years of experience
Python backend web engineering (e.g. Django, Flask)
knowledge and experience in designing REST APIs
experience with multi-service architectures
a good understanding of SQL Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
basic knowledge of cryptography (hashing, elliptic curves, ECDSA)
speaking fluent English
Nice to have:
if you have experience with Django + Django REST framework
worked with OpenAPI 3 in the past
specific knowledge in Application Security (e.g. OWASP Top 10)
