Salary will depend on your level of experience, approximately $90-125k package.

About the role:
They are open to an independent mid level Engineer with five years consultancy experience, or a Senior Engineer looking for a new challenge. You will be responsible to design, analyse and deliver projects, engage with clients facing while you mentor graduates. More senior Engineers will be managing teams and clients. You will report to a hands on management team and have a clear career progression path set out from day one.

Your talents will include:

• Minimum Five years local consultancy experience
• CPEng desirable, PE Vic necessary
• High proficiency in concrete and steel framed buildings
• Strong people and project management skills
• All the usual design packages
• Excellent communication skills in a client facing environment
• Very familiar with the Melbourne construction market
• Willingness to contribute to team culture
