Job Description:

As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager you will be responsible for the planning implementation and management of our CRM system specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer relationships streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and improvements.
  • CRM Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Customize and configure CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy within the CRM.
  • User Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to CRM users across different departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRMrelated issues on time.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize CRM data to generate insights and reports for management.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • CRM Maintenance and Upkeep:
  • Ensure the CRM system is up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
  • Perform regular data hygiene activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure CRM aligns with various departmental needs.
  • Communicate CRMrelated updates and changes to stakeholders.





Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Let's delve into your profile: Accumulated 7-12 years of pertinent experience, with a focus on client-facing consulting. Demonstrated passion and a successful track record in spearheading HR Transformations, achieving sustainable high impacts. A dedicated project manager adept at defining scopes and budgets, writing proposals, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and status reporting. Possessing a commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into projects. Solid affinity and understanding of technology and its transformative impact on contemporary work methods. Experience and interest in transformation activities, including developing communication materials, delivering training, conducting stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops. Essential proficiency in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or French
