Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet organizational needs.
Provide technical support and training to endusers.
Ensure the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing systems. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of CRM and ERP processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Experience into SSRS / SSIS Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. C# JavaScript). Knowledge of integration technologies (REST SOAP etc.). Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
