Job title:

MES/SCADA Consultant solution primarily on Ignition/Sepasoft with Manufacturing Domain expertise.

MustHave Skills:

Handson Sepasoft modules like OEE downtime Track and Trace Batch module

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture and Design of MES/SCADA solution on Ignition/Sepasoft modules. Work closely with Customer to understand the manufacturing process requirements and design the solution accordingly Onsite coordination to gather requirements communication with customer and offshore team Development on Ignition and Sepasoft modules.

Technical Experience :

• Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution systems and ERP The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in MES architecture and design with sound understanding of Master Data Management MBOM Operations Routing Work Instructions Checklists equipment materials.
• The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in Discrete manufacturing and should have worked in Digitization projects that involves integration of SCADA MES and ERP.
• Work closely with Customer to gather requirements of solution to be developed that involves MES ERP and SCADA. Should play a role as Solution Architect.
• Should have worked in global environment Onsite and offshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirements to offshore team and guide them.
• Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations presenting status in management meetings.
• Professional Attributes : Resource should have good communication and presentation skill.
