Job Overview: As an MES Expert you will play a pivotal role in endtoend project delivery shaping new business strategies and implementing cuttingedge technologies for smart manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

1. EndtoEnd Project Delivery:
   

   • Manage and oversee MES projects from conception to completion.
     
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES into existing manufacturing processes.
     

2. Business Strategy Development:
   

   • Contribute to the formulation of new business strategies aligned with smart manufacturing goals.
     
   • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
     

3. Technology Implementation:
   

   • Lead the implementation of MES technologies ensuring optimal utilization and integration with other systems.
     
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.
     

4. Learning and Development:
   

   • Engage in a comprehensive learning and development program from the beginning to enhance skills and expertise.
     
   • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Industrial Engineering Computer Science Manufacturing Systems).
   

2. Up to 7 years of experience in MES implementation and smart manufacturing.
   

3. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
   

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
   

5. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in MES and smart manufacturing.
   

6. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive positive change.
