Job Skills and Responsibilities:

Experience Required

• Apriso 2017/19/21
• Experience in Manufacturing domain (specifically discrete mfg.)
• Experience in Oracle 12c / SQL 2014
• Experience in JavaScript XML
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019
• Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change requests.
• Create and execute Unit test Plan.
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues
• Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing analyzing the support tickets / issues.
• Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change request.
• Implementing fix / patch in the Development environment
• Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment
• Raising a Problem report for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
• Coordinate with APRISO for critical support on APRISO FlexNet Product issues (L3)
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.
• Collaborate with the other teams (BI ERP CBS IT MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted or other systems are impacting MES
• Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues
• Contribute in Process Improvement activities
