Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MERN stack applications
• Design and implement frontend and backend solutions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Write reusable testable and efficient code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Work with Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning standups and retrospectives
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Deploy applications using modern DevOps practices
• Document code and processes
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups
• Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks particularly React
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for serverside logic
• Handson experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases
• Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience in integrating frontend and backend components using RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Understanding of crossbrowser compatibility and accessibility standards
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies
• Relevant certifications or training in MERN stack development is a plus
