Are you an experienced corporate attorney capable of handling large transactional volumes and major deals We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our clients robust corporate legal team. As a Corporate Attorney you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to businesses and organizations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on mergers acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and staying informed about corporate law regulations.
- Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys on complex corporate legal matters.
- Providing expert guidance and support on businessrelated legal issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3 years of experience in corporate law practice.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Seeking a lawyer with 5 to 8 years of Project Finance experience Strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation required Experience in reviewing project documentation preferred but not mandatory Collaborative work within our global team, tackling innovative and challenging projects worldwide
