Merchandise and Stock Analyst fmd

Part of the Retail and Merchandising department the Curated Partnership team is implementing monitoring and growing a new direct model with some of our top brands liaising with all departments of the business to create 360 partnerships. To support our Curated Partnerships Management team we are searching for a Merchandise and Stock Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Tasks

• Support the development of the Curated Partnership Brands and categories by providing indepth analysis and reporting
• Manage Return to Vendors and other stock transfers for the Curated Partnership Brands
• Manage and control stock movements within the company
• Consolidate internal reporting conduct and present analysis to internal and external stakeholders
• Review processes/execution aiming for efficiency and optimization: reception sending discrepancy management
• Suggest and develop new ways of working within the current structures to improve in season trading and reporting
• Provide ad hoc analysis on specific brands or categories on request
• Liaise with other departments such as Retail Buying Assistance Warehouse Pricing PR Krea to ensure good execution and communication

Requirements

• Academic degree in Business or equal education
• At least 35 years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Inventory Control position preferably in a fashionrelated company
• Good knowledge of the retail industry and ecommerce processes
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong sense for detail and a passion for numbers
• Proactive solutionoriented autonomous reliable and organized
• Openminded team player with intercultural experience Flexible and a Handson mentality.
• MSOffice (high proficiency in Excel) experience in using Business Intelligence tools is a plus
• Fluent in English spoken and written
