Job Summary:
Operational support to the merchants as it relates to products going live on our website listings being accurate back end attribution and other internal special projects. Organization and attention to detail is crucial to the success of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product listing creation process by working with external vendors and internal teams to collect product information. This will be 50% of your time.
- Send manage and edit all PO s for departments
- Update existing product display pages (pdp s) with accurate information
- Updated pricing naming categories etc.
- Run missing attribute reports and audit this with buyers (UPC COO etc)
- External vendor outreach and Netsuite uploads
- Assist Brand Ops with dropship product data input
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Clear communication internally and externally
- Process driven
- Detail obsessed
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 10PM6AM
