MEP Planner

The MEP Planner is responsible for coordinating the planning and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors, to ensure the efficient integration of MEP systems.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Develop detailed schedules for the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of MEP components.

• Work closely with the project management team to develop and manage budgets for MEP systems.
• Monitor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that MEP installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
