MEP Engineering Manager

1. Lead and manage the HVAC/FPS engineering team providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
2. Oversee the design and development of HVAC/FPS systems ensuring efficiency sustainability and compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate HVAC/FPS solutions into overall project plans.
4. Review technical specifications and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
5. Participate in project planning budgeting and resource allocation for HVAC/FPS engineering projects.
6. Stay current with industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes.
7. Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
8. Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and identify opportunities for professional development within the team.

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
2. 15 to 18 years experience in HVAC/FPS engineering with a focus on project management. Middle East/ International Oil & Gas Projects experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles codes and standards.
4. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
6. Project management experience including budgeting and resource allocation.
7. Familiarity with relevant software(HAP etc.) and tools used in HVAC engineering.
8. Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
9. Experience in BIM environment REVIT AUTOCAD etc.
