Role Overview/Purpose:
This is a new position in the CRE and Workspace function within the business. Since the Covid pandemic we have reimagined how we design and operate our offices. We prioritize our employee experience when it comes to using our workspace and onsite events have played a critical role in bringing our employee back together while creating purpose for our offices.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring that all our spaces from meeting rooms to large event spaces are operational ready and resilient to our business needs and requirements. The successful candidate will play a proactive role in ensuring our spaces are functional designed correctly and futureproofed for our needs.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a track record of working in large offices with numerous meeting spaces and a varied array of hardware. They should also possess experience in supporting large corporate events as well as trouble shooting and reactive support for onsite issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the setup/operation of integrated events spaces including auditorium spaces conference rooms and general meeting areas.
- Work closely with the workspace events team and internal comms teams to ensure all event requirements are captured and managed effectively for onsite events.
- Supporting the technical delivery and logistics for large complex events Town halls special events and VIPs.
- Test check and ensure equipment is in operable condition prior to any meeting or presentation in the office.
- Carryout comprehensive checks of meeting spaces equipment and liaise with relevant teams to support solution delivery.
- Prepare equipment for future events and meetings as required.
- Audio Visual support to other areas of the business when required; this could be setting up webinar or assisting with presentation trouble shooting in meeting rooms/event spaces.
- Video conference/audio conference setup and support with Cisco &/Or other hardwares used.
- Liaising with workspace and events team for any other support requirements in the office.
Additional Skills and Requirements
- This is an office based role so you will to be 100% onsite across core hours and sometimes be available to work after hours depending on event requirements.

Education Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient in audio Video and lighting equipment both digital and analogue.
- Good technical knowledge of AV/VC technologies Experience with Cisco Hardware is an advantage.
- Willing to undertake training and examinations to improve their technical knowledge.
