Medior Full Stack Developer

As a Medior Full Stack Developer at dealside youll be a vital part of our team working together to build the AI copilot for sales teams and to empower them to focus on what they do best selling.

Expect to navigate a wide array of challenges that include both frontend and backend engineering as well as integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our products. Your goal will be to craft the optimal user experience while ensuring our product remains scalable.

Youll join our ambitious dealside team as one of the first hires. This means youll have the opportunity to be part of an earlystage startup and to learn from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

Tasks

A nonexhaustive list of features we could use your help with:

• Converting mockups and designs into compelling visual elements while maintaining code integrity.
• Building integration with LLM APIs and assisting in prompting to get the most out of our AI features.
• Implement logging and user tracking where we can we are hyperfocused on our users and we want to track as much as possible.
• Adding support for new data source ingestion and assisting in maintaining clarity in our data layer.
• Experiment with new technologies to get the most out of our stack.

We believe in shipping fast to gather feedback quickly from our customers. We focus more on building the right product than building the product right.

We like to keep things simple so we leverage as much as possible the services offered by key vendors.

Youll report directly to our cofounder & CTO but youll work together with other departments (and customers) in detailing the requirements of features and make tradeoffs together in order to maximize value while minimizing complexity.

Requirements

• Were looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience building full stack applications. You are fluent in Typescript familiar with React Node.js and SQL. Experience with metaframeworks like Remix or Next.js is a plus.
• Youre able to slice big initiatives in small chunks so we can reprioritize along the way in case important opportunities arise.
• You have strong problemsolving abilities and a gogetter mentality that embraces challenges.
• We have a dataheavy backend so having some affinity with data is important.
• Personal growth is important to you and you have the ambition to join a startup culture.
• Collaboration is key for us so were looking for people that are fun to work with have a lot of expertise and are open to other peoples opinions.
• We have global ambitions so fluency in English is a must.
