Job Description

Ready to work in office hours: day shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM must work at least 3 shifts per month needed weekdays and weekends.
Required Skills Expereince:
- Masters degree in social work.
- Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii).
- Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association
- Healthcare experience working with medical diagnoses.
- Demonstrated ability in networking with community agencies.
- One year social work experience in hospital medical setting home health etc.
- Experience with advanced care directives.
- Experience in insurance referrals.
