Plastic surgery clinic is looking for a candidate with experience in medical reception.

We are searching for a Medical Receptionist/Phlebotomist to join our team.

Location: Fort Lauderdale FL (Private Clinic)

Salary: Starting at $20 per hour

Schedule:

• Fulltime
• Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm with lunch break from 11:30 am to 1 pm)
• Every 2nd Saturday of the month (9 am to noon)

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and their families warmly during appointments
• Efficiently manage the checkin and checkout processes for patients.
• Handle phone calls and emails from patients
• Archive medical records and other relevant documents
• Maintain organization and smooth operation of the reception/office
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
• Utilize computer systems medical office software and other technology to keep information organized
• Process patient payments
• Administer injections and record vital signs (this activity is not its main function it will be occasional)
