Job Description Customer Success Associate
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team
Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals and patient s homes to setup devices
Conduct site recce and inform about device requirements to remote team
Train nurses doctors patients on Dozee and the patient monitoring dashboard
Coordinate with remote team and inform about activities conducted during the visit
Build and manage relationship with nurses doctors etc
Requirements:
Executive should be hardworking and sincere should be okay to travel long distances
Executive needs to have a 2wheeler and a smartphone of their own
Should have good communication skills and command over local language
Prior field experience is a plus
Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred
Candidate should have basic understanding of operating a computer
Candidate should be ok working inside covid ward and work in night shifts
