Responsibilities
Receiving and/or making calls in the Medical Information Call Center (MICC)
Triaging call/complaints received and actioning appropriately
Management of product quality complaints
Handling of inbound and outbound correspondence
Providing standard responses to medical inquiries
Formulation of custom responses
Performing literature search and review
Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports and related processes
Mentoring new team members (as applicable)

Education
Masters degree in Life Sciences or a degree in Dentistry

Fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to understand interpret and evaluate data
Awareness of global culture
Typing and transcription accuracy
