Mechatronics Engineer - Entry Level

Growing Company in the Redwood City area has a need for a Jr Mechatronics Engineer. They will consider someone with 02 years experience or an entry level to junior level person.

On a typical day you might work on improvements to the teams stability systems using your skills in circuit analysis and EDA/CAD software to design robust and accurate systems for scientists to run experiments on. Youll leverage your project planning skills to see your designs through from conception to assembly and implementation. Your proficiency in rapid prototyping will enable you to assemble circuit boards and enclosures to validate your designs. You might need to pause your work to help solve a new important issue with one of our characterization tools enabling teammates to continue their work productively.

You might be a good fit if you...

• Have someexperience in embedded systems (Arduino Raspberry Pi ESP32 etc.) and experience in PCB design (Altium KiCad Eagle etc.)
• Have familiarity or experience in hardware/software system implementation with programming experience in C Python Java or other languages with hardware interfacing libraries
• Have experience in rapid prototyping including simple 3D CAD work (SolidWorks or similar) fixture and enclosure Tslots 3D printing laser/waterjet cutting CNC machining

BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ideal.
